At California Impact Coalition Foundation, we believe every young adult deserves a chance to thrive
We are dedicated to empowering young adults as they transition into independent living. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for non-minor dependents (NMDs) aged 18 to 21. We proudly serve individuals of all backgrounds, including males, females, bisexual, gay, transgender, and pregnant individuals, fostering a sense of community and opportunity for everyone.
We specialize in offering scatter-site housing units, where each NMD is provided with their own private bedroom within an apartment or single-family dwelling. This living model encourages independence while promoting a sense of shared community. Our approach is designed to help NMDs develop essential life skills and build a strong foundation for their future.
Each facility is certified by the host county to meet the highest standards of safety and care, ensuring that our residents have access to the housing and support services they need to succeed. An adult employee is always available as needed to provide supervision and guidance, offering a reliable support system while respecting each individual’s independence.
By providing secure housing, personalized support, and a nurturing environment, we aim to empower NMDs to achieve their goals and transition confidently into adulthood. Together, we are building a brighter future—one individual at a time.
California Impact Coalition is a THPP+FC program in Contra Costa county located in Walnut Creek, CA. We serve the greater bay area with housing in neighboring counties as well as accepts out of county youth to be placed in our program.
We ensure the Youth has their housing needs met while also working with them to maintain their AB12 Eligibility. We support the youth in Identifying SMART Goals so they can have all the tools they need to be successful adults when leaving our program at 21.
