At California Impact Coalition, our mission is to empower young adults transitioning out of foster care by providing compassionate mentorship, essential leadership development, and comprehensive support services. These include social work, education, career and vocational guidance, counseling, and residential assistance, all designed to foster independence and success.

Our program is driven by the individual goals of each participant, collaboratively established with their County Social Worker and documented in their Mutual Agreement and Needs and Service Plan. Through this tailored approach, we ensure every participant receives the guidance and resources needed to achieve their vision of independent living.
